Breakfast Made the Night Before
1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 tbsp of ground flax seed
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of honey
1 cup fresh fruit

1. Combine yogurt, honey and fresh fruit
2. Combine oatmeal, flax seed and cinnamon and add to yogurt
3. Cover in a bowl and place in fridge over night

Apple Oatmeal (In the Crock Pot)
2 cups of oatmeal
4 cups of water (or almond milk)
2 apples (substitute any other fruit)
1/3 cup brown sugar (pure agave, maple syrup or honey)
1 tsp cinnamon

1. Cook over night
