As a certified personal trainer I have the knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals. My experience ranges from all ability levels, for example wheelchair bound to those training for fitness competitions and all ages as well.  My philosophy is to first meet you where you are at and gradually help you increase your strength and stamina to help you decrease body fat, build lean muscle and reach your desired goals.
