If It Doesn’t Challenge You, It Doesn’t Change You

By now, we hope you have heard about the Isabody 120 Day Challenge. It’s a join-any-time weight loss, energy, performance and healthy aging program that people just like you, have committed to. This results oriented challenge is changing people’s lives in ways you might not think.

So far all challenge members are down pounds and inches. For example, Cindy lost 19 pounds and her husband Jeff lost 22 pounds in their first three weeks of the challenge. However, some people are experiencing more than just weight loss. They are also able to kick habits, change thought patterns, and even rid themselves of medications needed for conditions such as anxiety and depression. Challenge members attend our meetings held at Cross Fit Chippewa every other Sunday to share their experiences, transformations, to seek support, motivation and advice, and we also share recipes and gain further nutritional knowledge.

If you think you don’t have what it takes to change your life we ask you think again. Look back in your life at your achievements or accomplishments both big and small. Consider the dedication and patience it takes to be in a relationship or raise a family. Both take time, support from others and in the end the benefits far outweigh the cost. Losing weight is no different. It’s a lifestyle change that will challenge you. However, if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
